Extra Curriculum Clubs

At Whittlefield Primary School, we believe that education is about much more than what happens in the classroom. Our extra-curricular clubs give children the opportunity to try something new, discover interests and talents, develop confidence, and experience activities that they may not otherwise have the chance to access.

Our programme of clubs changes throughout the year and includes a range of sporting, creative, cultural and enrichment opportunities. We aim to offer something for everyone, from children who already have a passion for sport to those who may be trying an activity for the very first time. By providing a broad range of opportunities within school, we can help to remove barriers and ensure that children are not limited by their circumstances. Whether a child discovers a love of football, develops a new creative skill, gains confidence performing in front of others or simply finds an activity they enjoy, every experience adds to their development.

We want our children to leave us with memories, experiences, confidence and interests that stay with them beyond primary school. Our extra-curricular programme is an important part of helping every child to broaden their horizons and believe that opportunities are there for them
